We have decided to have a competition. Goals will be set on the 1st on June and deadline in 1st September 2011. Who gets closer to the goal, gets free stuff. It would be interesting to challenge myself and not to set a safe goal, but to really go for it.. we will see.

One text, that I believe to be realistic.
What do I have to start with: water, no bad eating (for me it is the cereal), less pasta, and workout. Simple! Working out - shouldn't be problem, but it depends what I decide to do.. running will be hard, but gym would be the easy option. And for the first weeks I have to use a diary to keep track on my eating habits.
