One day in my 4HB life

I just wanted to write down the schedule of one day that ended up -1kg on the scale the next morning. I had a shock on Tuesday that I weighed 59.7 (I am really careful about not crossing the 60 kg line anymore, as i haven't been able to keep my weight under 60 before). So on Tuesday, after seeing my weight, the self-discipline had to do the work. On Wednesday morning the result was 59.2 kg which I was happy about as I got there by controlling my eating and only had a small training session for my arms.

What did I do on Wednesday?

I had my rather typical breakfast at 7:35 AM: water with lemon juice before the meal and after that: 1 whole egg, 1 extra egg white and 2 tomatoes (I was out of beans unfortunately).

I had my lunch at 12 AM which I started with the lemon juice of course. Lunch: 1 tomato, a mixture of different beans, chicken fillet. At 1 PM I had a small training routine with little weights for my arms (at home). And before going out again, I drank one cup of instant coffee at 2:30.

My dinner came at 5 PM and it was the same as my lunch and also the amounts were the same.
After that I had 2 water aerobics classes and I got home 9:30 PM. I had 1 dl of Dietmix with 200 ml of water and drank 1 l of peppermint tea (with honey).

My weight next morning: 58.2 (-1 kg)
P.S. -1 kg is a bit too much, but at least I was able to show myself what some self-control can do. Some days before I couldn't control my eating, I felt really hungry and crabbed wrong things. Now I try to control myself and drink water when I get hungry. We will see for how long do I have the self-control.
